When Star Jones-Reynolds left the beleaguered show, “The View”, some of her fans began to worry.
Since her departure from the controversial talk show, the former prosecutor made significant strides for a big comeback. A week after leaving “The View”, she was a guest host on the popular Home and Garden Network (HGTV)’s show, “House Hunters”. Next, she authored her self-help memoir entitled, “Shine: A Physical, Emotional Journey to Finding Love”.
Recently, she finished a gig as guest radio host on “The Eric Michael Dyson Show” on Radio 1.
After Jones-Reynolds admitted to TV’s Extra about “her diva image”, she threw them another surprise. Star Jones-Reynolds will fly to South Africa to join Oprah Winfrey and Gayle King for the opening of Winfrey’s new school for girls on New Years’ Day.
As Star enjoys her comeback, she is grateful that she is learning to put her diva attitude behind her and operate with more humility
She told Extra. “I am rejoicing from my mistakes, missteps, trips and falls,” Then she concluded. “I’ve learned that sometimes modesty and humility shows the most strength and courage. That’s the Star that you see right now.”
