Nicole Richie will do time for her DUI arrest back in December and is currently in court right now to either plead guilty or no contest.
She will receive a minimum sentence of five days in jail.

Remember, Paris Hilton got 45 days in jail for violating probation and driving on a suspended license, whereas Nicole was wasted and driving on the wrong side of the freeway.

Hope you don’t get the same judge Paris did Nicole! Actually I hope you do…would be fun to see the verdict.I think forcefully feeding her would be a better punishment.

The Armani Exchange Sunglasses party last night might have been fun but a lot of the guests weren’t that sure as they all spend the night wearing sunglasses inside.  Nicole Ritchie was the hostess with the mostess while Lilo, Parasite and Lance Bass were the VIP guests.   

Guests checked into a parking lott of the Sunset strip and were then shuttled to Sunset Plaza drive for a the party which was held at a private residence

I haven’t seen her in a while, I’ve been so busy,” said Paris of her frenemy Nicole.  You can feel the lov the BFFs have for each other in the above party and the fact the girl with the tatts looks petrified that a full scale bitch fight is about to break out.  Paris also pretended she like Nicole’s new hair, “I love her hair this lond and this blonde” the heiress cooed.  Parisite also wore a shiteous lilac slip that was supposed to be a dress from her sister’s new fashion line, Nicolai.   Paris also apprently nearly fell into the pool but unfortuantely didn’t. 

Lindsay was also on form with the brilliant quote - “Armani Exchange Is Young and Fun”.  - it even rhymed.  Lilo also talked about her choice of outfits “I went through several outfits before I settled on this one,” .  I’m confused so she was trying to look like a pregnant disco ball?  . “My shoes are Louis Vuitton—I bought them in an amazing shop in Tokyo—the belt is from Chanel and the dress is La Rok.” Lindsay’s alleged lesbian lover Sam Ronson was also DJing last night.

Paris and Nicole are back at ‘work’, filming the new series of The Simple Life (can you believe it’s into season 5, who even watches anymore).  Anyway this season they’re going to turn their hand at being fat camp counsellors which is a bit on the sadistic side, so I may actually watch.  We haven’t heard much of Paris lately since her DUI she’s been keeping her head down but here she was with some unidentified stain on her dress.  With anyone else I’d give them the benefit of the doubt but it’s Paris so I won’t.
