Seems you can’t find a decent piece of gossip these days that doesn’t involve Britney. So not one to be out of vogue, here’s the latest.  

A Los Angeles family court has issued strict rules governing Britney Spears’ visitation rights with her children including that a monitor must be present whenever the pop star is with them. 

The written order from Court Commissioner Scott Gordon was released on Thursday, one day following the ruling that the two boys would remain in the custody of their father, Kevin Federline. 

During those times, “all visitation with (Spears), shall be in the presence of a monitor.” The order further stated that the monitor “shall terminate visitation immediately if any conduct or action by (Spears) endangers the minor children,” 

Gordon also repeated past orders that Spears undergo random drug testing twice a week, and said that a missed test, refusal to take one or the failure to respond to a testing agency’s call would be considered a failed test.

Somebody set up a poll. Will Britney comply with the latest court order? Don’t tell me how you’re voting. I want to be surprised.

Brit Brit was at the Millennium dance studios yesterday (of course), it seems that my favourite pop tartlet’s comeback is advancing at break-neck speed.  Breatheheavy are reporting that May 1st  Brit will be playing the House of Blues in San Diego, May 2nd - Anaheim and May 3rd - the House of Blues on Sunset Strip.  The reformed Britney will be going under the name The M+Ms. 

Tuesday Britney was supposed to perform at Ivan Kane’s Forty Deuce in Hollywood but cancelled at the last moment.  FortyDeuce have released a statment on Britney’s almost live performance and it sounds like her upcoming House Of Blues tour will be Britastic:

Plans to sing three songs with four backup dancers during intermission of the sexy Forty Deuce show were postponed at the last minute because “management decided it wasnt the right time.” Owner Ivan Kane said “she came on stage during rehearsal, looking very hot, with four backup dancers and sang three songs. They ran through the set several times, the choreography was smokin and she sounded great. The backup dancers were beautiful as well, as a matter of fact, two of them perform at my club every week.” Ms. Spears, who had been to Forty Deuce twice recently to catch both the “classic” burlesque show and the new “rock n roll” burlesque show, felt Forty Deuce was the perfect spot to get back in front of an audience. The club, famous for being the gold standard of sexy burlesque shows in both Hollywood and Las Vegas, was “thrilled that Britney thought of us and look forward to rescheduling.” Ivan Kane’s Forty Deuce will open this fall in New York in a much publicized partnership with Sting and David Bowie.”

Yesterday we also got a look at Sean Preston who is now 19 months old, pictured here with Brit and cousin/BFF Allie.  Cuteness.  Little Jayden James, 7 months was hidden away in his carry-cot.  Thanks to Jen from Jen-Juice for setting me straight on mixing the little tykes up.

Brit Brit in summary polka dot dress and Allie headed over to Scrapbook at the her favourite shopping outlet at the moment, the Beverly Glen before heading over to Millennium dance Studion for some dance practice and then to Studio 59 to work on her new album.  She’s a busy bee at the moment. 

Breatheheavy are also reporting Britney was scheduled to have a surprise performance at midnight at Forty Deuce on melrose in LA last night but cancelled.

Britney was hard at work on her new album at the production studion Mondaynight.  Her former flame and super producer JR Rotem was also on hand. Rotem has produced tracks for The Game, Snoop Dog, Rihanna, Mya Lil Kim, JoJo, Dr. Dre, Destiny’s Child, and 50 Cent. 

On the downside he has also produced tracks for Ashley Tinsdale, The Cheetah Girls, Paris Hilton and K-Fed.  Wikipedia lists the tracks for Britney’s comeback album that JR has prodcued as ‘Keep Grindin’ and ‘Who Can She Trust’. 

Hopefully Brit won’t be tempted to answer any late night booty calls from JR.  Here’s what he had to say about Britney in the latest issue of Complex:

“Yes, Britney and I were dating, before the crotch-shot thing.  Now it’s kind of rocky between us. We’re working together still, but I’m not sure if I want to be tied down, period.” He then boasted of some of his other pairings, though he didn’t say if they were personal or professional. “Britney, Mya, Bai Ling, Hayden Panettiere, Meagan Good — it’s a pretty big list, and it’s growing,” he said. “Britney got me the furthest.  She had something special.”

Not exactly ‘keeper’ material.

In other slightly more disturbing BritneyWatch news, Papa Simpson is hoping to take over the reigns of Brit’s comeback:

According to an inside source, Joe Simpson is considering managing Spears’ career, or what’s left of it, just as he has done for Jessica and her sister, Ashlee. The former Baptist minister even tried to set up a meeting over the weekend with Spears, our source attests - though Jessica’s rep Cindi Berger denies it.

While some might fear a diva-like rivalry between the two singers, our source says Jessica would be okay with the arrangement and even offered to put out a call to Britney, as the two are no longer competitors. Spears has made more than $100 million from records and endorsements, while sales of Simpson’s five albums were lukewarm. But Joe Simpson adeptly steered his daughter into movies and lucrative appearances, like next week’s performance with the Pussycat Dolls at Pure in Las Vegas. And Ashlee had two No. 1 singles on the Billboard charts.

The Simpson girls are clearly appreciative of their dad’s efforts: Last month, Ashlee called Joe “a wonderful man” in Harper’s Bazaar, and Jessica gave him a Ferrari. Insiders even credit Joe’s guidance for helping the sisters avoid the excesses that sent Spears to rehab at the urging of her family, doctors and manager, Larry Rudolph. Spears, attributing her behavior to postpartum depression, left rehab and fired Rudolph, for which her estranged father, Jamie, blasted her last week. The job remains open. Spears’ spokeswoman wouldn’t comment.

This better be a recycled April Fool’s joke because I refuse to even contemplate Papa Joe as Brit Brit’s manager.

Britney continued with the crazy on Saturday evening when she headed over to Beverly Glen in  Bel Air for something to eat at her favourite Sushi restaurant - Shu.  I’m just going to write off Saturday as a moment of madness because Brit Brit was somewhat back to normal on Sunday - still with the crazy faces but at least dressed normally (normal for Britney that is)

Every decision she’s made in the past month has been positive,” says Brian, who was with her last week as she recorded tracks for her next album.

“I’ve worked with her over the last couple of months in the studio on stuff with new music,” Brian confides. “It’s all very top secret. Will her new image involve her showing off her shaved head? We’ll see. It’s definitely going to be a change.”

“I’m not just talking about going to rehab. More than that. Her life is going in a very positive direction.”

But behind the scenes, Brian will continue to do what he does best - being a dependable friend to one of the world’s biggest pop stars as she begins the next stage of her life.

“She’s a strong woman and I’m sure she’ll do what’s best,” Brian says. “I’m proud of her for taking control.”

Brian’s probably equally as delusional as Brit Brit though as he doesn’t rule out a reconciliation with JT:

Brian believes she could return to the big love of her life - the man many believe she has never stopped caring for - megastar Justin Timberlake.

Brian, who’s worked with Justin and hangs out with him socially, says: “I’d never rule anything out. They made a cute couple. I’m not going to try to be their matchmaker though.”

Nothing too exciting Britneyland yesterday.  Brit Brit droped SP and Jayden James at K-Fed’s and then her and Allie grabbed a Starbucks.  Britters also continued her now daily stand up routine with the paps, making some wierd joke about her ex’s music careers:

“Like oh my god. I want K-Fed’s new record. No I want Justified’s new record! Oh my god! I love them so much! Oh God boys… AHH.”

I love that little fruit loop of a popstar but if she doesn’t ditch the bird hat soon…Do you think she has several that she rotates or just the one?  Besides that she looked cute in her lavender dress, but still like a  bit like a cowgirl in LA.

Brit Brit was back at her favourite hang out out, the Epitome Spa at the Glen centre yesterday. She went for a little tanning session, asked the paps who make fun of her dress the day before and said that she was there for hair and make-up. Hair? What are they going to do - brush her wig out. The X-17 paps also saw two cd’s in her car -country music stars Tim McGraw and Keith Urban - which might so some way to explaining her country girl look.

Then Britney headed back over to the Millennium dance studio fully decked out in fishnets and legwarmers and still in that peacock hat (her favourite accessory at the moment). She danced for about 45 minutes, Breathe Heavy sources say he, “sometimes drops wig so she can fully work it out, but that when she does so, she’s usually got a hat on”

X17 inside sources also nix the idea that Brit is planning a house of blues tour and that she’s just dancing her little heart out at the Millennium studios to get back in shape

Sunday Britney showed up at North Hollywood’s Millennium dance Studio in a stripy top, fishnets, hotpants, and her now trademark hat, wig and huge sunglasses combo. Brit was also carrying some faux fur coats and of course cousin Allie was by her side. Whatever she’s doing lipo/dance training/spa treatments Brit Brit is starting to look like her old self.

After her dance lesson, Brti and Allie headed on over to Shu again for some more sushi.

This time though, they went it alone without the help of her bodyguard team. The two set out in the new Jaguar followed by an amazing number of paparazzi close behind. While walking back to her car, Britney is heard saying “Please guys, I cant see. Just let us’get to our car.” She is later asked by a photographer if she likes this, referring to the mass media attention and her reply was “I fucking love it!” She is also heard numerous times telling the paparazzi “I love you guys.” When they finally got back to her jaguar, she tells the large group of photographers, “Dont ‘fuck my car up, alright, don’t fuck up my car!”

I can’t help but love her.

Britney took a trip to Epitome Spa yesterday, with BFF Allie of course.  When she closes that crazy mouth of hers, Brit Brit actually is looking pretty good right now (except for the bird hat), all these spa treatments must be doing her some good -she went twice on the same day so she’s getting plenty of relaxation in but being addicted to spa treatments is better than being addicted to drinks/pills/sex (although Brit’s tounge is turning a funky shade of red from all that Red Bull)

Still loving her country girl look, Brit and her cousin Allie went out for dinner at Shu in Bel Air last night.  I love the way she always looks cute yet delusional lately, it adds to her charm.  Brit is currently hard at working at putting the ‘comeback’ together.  She’s got Ne-Yo and Pharrel helping her lay some tracks at the moment.  I’m still keeping the faith.

And also I just want to say that I’m just really really shocked at like how nice our world is because it is just so nice. Like, oh my god. Like the other day like I was sitting there and I saw all these magazines and they said I was pregnant and like it’s so true. Like, America, believe everything you read because like you’re smart and I’m stupid. Like, for real! Come on, ya’ll!

And then after that like I totally saw also on like the USA Today because always believe everything you read. It said that, you know, like, I was drinking all the time and, like, it was, like, so right. It was so true, like, oh my god.

It was so right and like my management totally knew what they were doing when they sent me to rehab. So right you know! And like, I’m going to cry right now because the world is so nice. Like, this lady told me she said, “Britney, go to the light. Go to the light and see Jesus.” Okay and I was like, “Oh my god! I’m going to do it!” And I did and it happened! And it was just so weird, cause our world is so nice.

So thank you so much. Thank you so much. Thank you. I’m going to have to hire you, man. Great, thank you.”

So basically she’s still a little kooky and she didn’t think she needs to go rehab but I am still keeping the faith.

Brit-Brit went for some more retail therapy yesterday in Beverly Hills yesterday. Like a little fairy bouncing around the stores, she wore a ‘country girl’ stetson but thankfully peep toes shoes instead of her usual cowboy boots, she tried on various dresses and hats and checked out some perfumes before eventually settling on a very cute blue and white print dress which she changed into. The poputard was looking smiley and happy as she left wearing ginormous sunglasses and flashing her newly whitened teeth. I can feel a comeback on the way.

Britney the Baldie. Gone to church, dabbled in bulimia and now heavy into light lipo. It’s more a cooking session. You heard of Tomato Reduction? We’re talking Britney Reduction. Shrinking her size 6 to size 2. Since surgery requires drugs, this addictive rehab alumna is - per Star magazine’s current issue - into soybean anti-fat injections. Stuffing tofu up her tutu means Vegas, six weeks, 12 sessions, $130,000.

Then she’s on to BevHills doc Raj Kanodia, who reshaped Jennifer Aniston’s and Ashley Simpson’s noses and so shies from publicity that he actually spelled his name for me. Then she’s getting rid of those crappy tattoos. When Britney can find time to sing again, who knows?

$130,000  on soybean injections - wouldn’t a crack habit be cheaper?  But if it means she re-emerges as a pretty pop buttefly she can shoot up with any soy related products she likes as far as I’m concerned.

Brit also took the time out yesterday to clarify that it’s not her who has the crush on Lakers player, Luke walton but her cousin, Alli and it was her who was dragging Brit to the last 3 Lakers game.  Cousin Alli has become Brit’s new BFF and the two are spending plenty of time having nice, clean, non drug related fun. 

The two hit the Epitome Salon in Beverly Hills on Wednesday, with Spears stripping down to a white bikini for a tanning session. Then the pair then drove all over town, blasting Nelly Furtado’s CD on the stereo, sipping Starbucks and shopping for kids’ clothes for Spears’ sons. 

Though on the road to recovery, Brit’s still a little bit sensitive and got a bit emotional when a paparazzi congraluated her on doing so well post Promises:

When a nearby photographer asked Britney when he could hear her new album, she responded with a smile and, in an apparent joke, said, “I think I might be quitting!” But her mood grew more thoughtful when another pap told Britney that she is doing great since getting out of rehab. She got teary and said, “Thank you, I love you.” An onlooker tells Usmagazine.com, “You could tell that words of support really mean a lot to her right now.”

Maybe Justin forgot just how much the public heart his ex Toxic girlfriend Britney Spears.  In the latest issue of GQ, JT states, he is quoted saying that he’s  ’just so far removed from that situation’ on a photo with him shaving his head.  More than one media outlet took that as a sly jibe to the recently rehabbed pop princess.  Looks like his reps have reined the playboy prince of pop in though as People magazine are now running this story:

Justin Timberlake was so concerned about Britney Spears, who entered rehab in February, that he reached out to her, he has revealed.  “I called her because I worried about her,”Timberlake, 26, said recently at a press day for his new movie Shrek The Third.   “She’s a great woman. I’m rooting for her,” he said. “[It] seems like she’s getting everything under control now”
