Also when Britney left the restaurant Mel Gibson walked out a few minutes later. A source from the restaurant says that they were dining together. Are Britney and Mel doing a movie together?
Britney Spears’ father Jamie Spears is granted temporary conservatorship over Britney Spears’ estate. He gets to manage her financial assests too. Sam Lufti on the other hand,has been handed his fourth restraining order to stay away from Britney.

Britney and Adnan are back together again after a weekend that saw Adnan up in Santa Barbara for a private family funeral. Amid rumors that the couple had split over the weekend, Adnan suddenly reappeared today at Tony Taverna’s Greek & Eats in Malibu after Britney showed up by herself.
Departing the restaurant, one of Britney’s personal favorites, Adnan drives her to Pinkberry in Brentwood for some dessert. The two then head towards the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills, but along the way are struck by a wayward motorcyclist who reportedly was driving too close to Britney’s Benz in an attempt to gain a close sighting of the star.
Finally, the couple arrive at the Beverly-Wilshire, and their security force is drawn together at once to hold back the hordes of paps trying to follow the couple inside.
The two will most likely stay in for the rest of the evening, as Britney has an extremely important court hearing involving her children’s custody tomorrow morning at 10 am in downtown Los Angeles.
Kevin Federline’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan is furious that Britney did not show up for her deposition on Wednesday. He takes issue with Britney being too ill to appear in court, but she was able to party later that evening. Kaplan is petitioning the judge to not allow Britney to increase her visitation rights or request a revision in custody
Why is Britney acting like she cares more about her pet(s) than her own kids?

“I feel really bad for Britney. She needs to get out of LA and spend some precious time with her family. God forbid she donate her ‘chic’ clothes though I won’t be surprised if there she is, munching on fried chicken and donating her kids.

Britney Spears is in the Courtroom again, to ask for more visitation right for her to see her sons more. She wants to have the for overnight visits. She passed some drug tests and now she thinks she Is the most wonderful mother in the world. Spears currently has monitored visits during the days with her parenting coach present.

A Los Angeles family court has issued strict rules governing Britney Spears’ visitation rights with her children including that a monitor must be present whenever the pop star is with them.
The written order from Court Commissioner Scott Gordon was released on Thursday, one day following the ruling that the two boys would remain in the custody of their father, Kevin Federline.
During those times, “all visitation with (Spears), shall be in the presence of a monitor.” The order further stated that the monitor “shall terminate visitation immediately if any conduct or action by (Spears) endangers the minor children,”
Gordon also repeated past orders that Spears undergo random drug testing twice a week, and said that a missed test, refusal to take one or the failure to respond to a testing agency’s call would be considered a failed test.
