David Hasselhoff’s ex-wife, Pamela Bach has agreed to vacate the home she shared with the star in order to get the former couple’s financial trial delayed beyond October 1.
Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge, Mark Juhas said he could not find legal grounds to grant the request to delay the trial beyond Oct. 1, but agreed to do so if Buch left the home so Hasselhoff could move back in with the couple’s two daughters. Hasselhoff has sole legal and primary physical custody of the girls, Taylor, 17, and Hayley, 15. Bach has until Oct.1 to move out.
Hasselhoff and Bach were married in December 1989. He filed for divorce in January 2006 and their divorce became final that August. The trial to divide the former couple’s assets is now scheduled for January 28 of next year.
