Carrie Underwood was the big winner at last night’s CMT’s for her video “Before He Cheats”, taking video of the year, female video of the year and director of the year.  Carrie went homegirl sweet for the red carpet in a stapless Badgely Mischka dress, Christian Louboutin shoes and Jonathan Arndt jewels.  But the former American idol went for more trailer trash look on stage looking a cross between Flashdance and what Brit Brit would wear on tour.  Judging by those good ol’ country boys faces in the 2nd picture, she provided some decent entertainement.

The 18th Annual Glaad Media Awards took place at the Kodak Theatre in LA last night and the stars were out in force.  Little Miss Sunshine took outstanding film,Ugly Betty won for outstianding television comedy and Brothers&Sisers took outstanding drama series award. 

Jennifer Aniston picked up the prestigous Vanguard Award for her efforts to increase visibility and understanding of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community.

Grey’s Anatomy who got into some trouble with GLAAD for their treatment of the whole Isaiah Washington/TR Knight debacle recieved outstanding individual epsiode for “Where The Boys Are”

Kate Moss and Pete Doherty made an appearance at the NME Awards in Hammersmith Palais in London last night. However their partying was cut shot by a security guard. NME.com report that Rock’s odd couple were,

“trying to get into the premises’ toilets but they were removed by the bouncers and told to go back to their table. Later they were both caught in a dark alleyway at the back of the building. So we got their own security guards to put them in a car and take them home.” He added there had also been an earlier incident when Doherty was stopped from taking a spoon from his table. According to the source, the couple were removed from the premises at 8.30pm, before Moss could present Primal Scream with their Godlike Genius award as scheduled.

Seriously what does Kate Moss see in a guy who attempts having conversations with spoons and attempts to get penguins high.  Issues.   

Kate took away Sexiest Female while Pete’s Band Babyshambles lost out for Best British Band and Best Live Band.

Jessica Biel described her Oscar de la Renta gown as “comfortable and chic”, but we weren’t impressed, cute and all as it was this is the Oscars, make an effort, this is not the MTV Movie Awards

VIPglamour wasn’t sure about this off-the-shoulder white satin Valentino gown that resembled a nicely structured napkin but how can you not love someone who was smoking weed with Drew Barrymore the day before on a beach in Hawaii and then shows up in $2.9 million worth of Cartier jewelry at the Oscars the next. 

Bond Girl Eva Green should have stayed at home instead of showing up as a hot mess at the Oscars

Ok we’ll give Maggie some slack as she did just have a baby but why go with this too tight navy Proenza Schouler gown with a one-strap neckline and feather-trimmed hem.

 Jennifer Hudson has showed up at every awards ceremony this season looking flawless and then she does this.  This crazy 80’s cropped jacket over this pretty boring and safe  Oscar de la Renta chocolate chiffon gown was just so disappointing.  This was her big night and she went with this, at least she had Fred Leighton diamonds on.

TomKat showed up at the Vanity Fair party afterwards.  Scientology does flawless

Anne Hathaway, why?  Didn’t the Devil Wears Prada teach you anything?
