I hear that Zac Efron is really sick (but hiding it very well). Apparently it is an inside story that not a lot of people know about. There have been some rumours going around about why he hasn’t been seen out much lately (apart from CSC reshoots). A couple of close friends of mine have told me this too (they know Vanessa Hudgens quite well). Read the evidence and let us know what you think.
