The actress best known for her role in Less Than Perfect, and appearances in The Big Bang Theory, Two and a Half Men and most recently Eastwick, is determined to no longer let weight limit herself, both professionally and personally.

Veteran celebrity client Valerie Bertinelli, who lost 40 lbs with Jenny Craig and hit her goal two years ago, was present to welcome Sara into the Jenny Craig family alongside CEO Patti Larchet.
