THE LADIES RETURN! BRAVO’S ‘REAL HOUSEWIVES’ IS BACK FOR SEASON THREE
SEASON THREE OF BRAVO’S HIT DOCU-SERIES ‘THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF ORANGE COUNTY’ PREMIERES TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 6 AT 10:00 P.M.
ONE-HOUR DOCU-DRAMA RETURNS TO BRAVO FOR EIGHT TANTALIZING EPISODES WITH A NEW HOUSEWIFE AND MORE DRAMA
Bravo revisits the real-life Peyton Place that is an exclusive gated community in Orange County, CA with the third season debut of its hit docu-drama “The Real Housewives of Orange County” on Tuesday, November 6 at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT. The third season will feature original real-life “housewives” Vicki Gunvalson, Jeana Keough and Lauri Waring as well as second season’s Tammy Knickerbocker. Joining the fun this year is new housewife, Tamra Barney.
“As we return to Orange County for our third season, we welcome a new housewife, celebrate a wedding and continue to see drama on every corner,” said Frances Berwick, Executive Vice President, Programming and Production, Bravo. “The women tackle more complicated issues than ever as they attempt to stay at the top of their game while juggling family, career and friends.”
The women’s lives are moving fast with their mounting family, career and community dramas. Their lives intertwine in new ways in the third season, with even more heartbreak and secrets, all set against the staggering wealth of their Orange County communities. They will do whatever it takes to keep up appearances in one of the most stylish communities in the country.
Vicki Gunvalson is still going a million miles a minute and continues to grow her lucrative insurance business. Her two kids are out of the house and at college, and although Vicki tries her best to let them make their own mistakes, her expectations for them still get the best of her. This season Vicki discovers that the only way she can maintain control over them is with money.
Jeana Keough is hotter than ever as one of the community’s most successful realtors, selling multi-million dollar homes and earning staggering commissions. This season finds her three kids growing up while Jeana attempts to keep their educations and training on track.
Tammy Knickerbocker, who joined the women last season, is a hard-working single mother of three, struggling to get back on her feet after a divorce and losing much of her family’s fortune. Her children, especially her daughters Megan and Lindsey, are also struggling to come to grips with the changes in their family since suffering the loss of their father, Lou.
Lauri Waring is busy planning her extravagant wedding with her fiancé, George. Lauri is no longer working for Vicki, but continues to sell insurance and is developing a jewelry line.
Tamra Barney is the season’s newest “housewife,” a hot 39-year-old wife and mother of four who embodies Orange County’s sunny style. After nearly 18 years as a stay at home mother, she transitions to the working world as a real estate agent. She has three young children with Simon, her husband of 13 years, and a 21-year-old son from a previous marriage.
Season three of “The Real Housewives of Orange County” was produced by Evolution Film & Tape Inc., with partners Douglas Ross, Gregory Stewart and Kathleen French serving as executive producers. Series creator and Orange County resident Scott Dunlop also returns for the third season as executive producer.

I was wondering if anyone could tell me if the fitness boot camp instructor for season 3 of the Housewives of Orange County is John Spencer Ellis? I’m trying to find out who this guy is.
Thanks

John Spencer Ellis is the best trainer of Orange County. His workouts are full of creativity and he is full of so much helpful information.

I know! I’ve been hearing a lot about John Spencer Ellis too! I have several friends who are in his bootcamp at the moment and they absolutely love it! I believe he does personal training and nutrition counseling as well.
Thank god the housewives are signed up to take it! I think a 5:30am butt-kicking is exactly what they need!

I saw John Spencer Ellis on the real house wives of OC. He’s the creator of the adventure boot camp program. I remember coming across an adventure boot camp webiste last year, but I didn ‘t know that he was the program creator. I think it’s pretty cool. They seem to be everywhere. He should shorten his name to JE.

My friend had the opportunity to train with John Spencer Ellis last year (before Vicki and Jeana did).
She said he’s tough and has a wealth of information about all different types of fitness. He’s like an Encyclopedia.
He started that Adventure Boot Camp in Orange County several years ago. I guess he trains certain people to operate them around the country. I saw him once on another fitness related show……… cannot remember which one.
I wanna do boot camp.

I have seen John Spencer Ellis on TV before too doing fitness related interviews and even an informerical, I think it was Body by Jake, Julie.
I have his Playground Bootcamp dvd that I purchased on his website. I have learned so much and gotten in great shape through his products and info on his website at JohnSpencerEllis.com. A great reference for all things diet, weight loss, nutrition, wellness, being your best, etc with lots of audio and video clips. Very personable too.
I think he is probably more than just the best trainer in Orange County, he has too much to offer and I put my cards on him being an influence nationwide. Me and my hubby were commenting on him while watching the boot camp episode. I know I’d be happy to see more of him. The guy is a friggin’ mogul!

My friends and I love Orange County Housewives! When we saw the episode with them in the Adventure Boot Camp program…..we literally screamed!!
We want to join a camp out where we are. Does anyone know if there is a boot camp the Tri Valley Area? We are in Nor Cal in the East Bay.
Or how do we find out where to see all the locations?
Looks like a great program!!

What a cool idea! I’ve never heard of this kind of outdoor workout before. It looked like Jeana and Vicki were actually having fun! is that only in California or are there other adventure boot camps?
I’m in a rural area of Arizona with no gyms or anything, so an adventure boot camp would be awesome here. i try doing DVDs, but it’s hard to stay motivated. I live S of Tucson near Green Valley/Sahuarita AZ.
I can’t wait to see the ladies and how they shape up this season. I’d love to do it with them.

Hi All!!
I just got done taking my second camp and I am hooked. I went from size 14 to size 10, lost 20 lbs and ran my first 5k!! YES they have a boot camp in East Bay-Tri Valley area. That is the one I attended! Tri Valley Boot Camp.
It’s pretty central to Pleasanton, Dublin, Livermore and where I live San Ramon.
If you have a chance I say sign up and see how great you feel and strong your body will feel after you are done.
Check out www.bootcampfinder.com you can find a list of camps there. That is how I found mine.
I will NEVER go back to working out in a gym! I am hooked to boot camp!! I LOVE IT! Good Luck!
These OC Housewives will be looking hot if they follow the program!! I can’t wait to see the end results!!

Haha, did you see the pantry raid with their trainer John Spencer Ellis?!
Hilarious!

Spencer Wellness Institute is in Rancho Santa Margarita. Spencer also heads up OCBootcamp. Website is www.ocbootcamp.com. it appears they franchised and have bootcamps nationally, may be opportunities for some. I’ve been doing Aliso Viejo Boot Camp four times in a row with a different trainer, whom I believe is the best!

I am interested in moving to OC. Moving with someone. Can we get in touch with Jeana as a real estate agent. Don’t know much about Coto, but it looks like something we want. Let me know how we can contact her.

Is there going to be another season of ‘Housewives’?? I never thought I could get so caught up in a docu-drama like this, but its just so entertaining!
I especially want to see if doing the OC Adventure Boot Camp with John Spender Ellis has gotten them in shape for the new year.
He should have his own show!
vicki // Jan 30, 2008 at 5:33 pm
God, Don’t use Jeana as a realtor. She will rip you off and lie to you the whole time. She won’t present an offer you make if she doesn’t like it and then she’ll lie to you and tell you that she did present it. She’s unraveling at the seams, and it was very evident this season.

How old are these ladies??? Does anyone know how old Vicky and Tammy are?
And do they get paid from Bravo for these shows??
Sally // Apr 10, 2008 at 11:14 pm
Gwen,
I hear that there might be a 4th season of Housewives!! Don’t quote me on that though…
Did you know that you can check and see if you have a boot camp in your area? They’re growing like wild fire! I’m thinking about quitting my gym membership and starting camp! Check out the website: http://www.ocbootcamp.com

John Spencer Ellis is a great and very informative trainer, like who else would know to bring figg nutons on a hike up saddleback, but we must not forget the other trainers who are not as in shape as John Sprencer Ellis but still train fairly well! thank you!
