The bitter custody dispute between Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards continues to heat up following the actress’s filing of a court order requesting legal protection for her children against their actor father.

Denise Richards has asked an LA court to end ex-husband’s Charlie Sheen’s overnight visits with their two daughters because of his sexually explicit behavior.

Sources say that Richards has accused the “Two and a Half Men” star of “inappropriate behaviour…and conduct, attraction to underage women and sexual explicitness on the Internet, including revealing his private parts.”

“Virtually all of these allegations were previously raised and were denied by Mr. Sheen,” the actor’s attorney, Lance Spiegel, said in a statement.

Sheen complained that Richards is interfering with his relationship with their daughters since the couple’s bitter divorce last year.

Sheen insists the accusations are false.”Clearly the mother of my children has no interest in responsible co-parenting when it comes to my relationship with our girls. She behaves as though she owns our children. She does not.”
