I wonder if the US immigration officials are playing tit for tat.
In May Lily Allen suggested that the American immigration was using Google and Wikipedia as a source of inspiration after she was stopped and questioned over allegations which she claimed were fabricated. Now Lily’s American work visa has been revoked after she was stopped and questioned for five hours at Los Angeles airport over her arrest in London in March for an affray with a photographer. This is the same incident which she was referring to in May.
This will put her upcoming US tour in jeopardy but the singer’s promised her fans that everything is being done to sort out the situation. She was due to attend the MTV music video awards in Las Vegas tonight.
