Morgan Freeman to play Nelson Mandela

Morgan Freeman, the Oscar-winning actor and his film production company have announced plans to make a movie starring Freeman as former South African president and Nobel laureate Nelson Mandela.

The film, to be called The Human Factor, will be based on an upcoming book The Human Factor: Nelson Mandela and the Game that Changed the World” by journalist and author John Carlin.

Freeman said in a statement.

“I have known Nelson Mandela personally for quite some time, and am continually in awe of his enormous presence in the world. The opportunity to portray him in this film is a great honor”

Should Morgan Freeman, if he is a pedophile, be allowed to portray Nelson Mandela? Curious how other Americans feel about this. Mandela is a great man.
