Lindsey Lohan is ending this week with more bad news. Lindsey is being sued by a paparazzo that claims the actress hit him with her car in New York City two months ago and that Dina Lohan, is the owner of the vehicle.

Snapper Giovanni Arnold claims he “sustained severe and permanent personal injuries” due to the incident.

In the lawsuit, filed Thursday, he states the defendants (Lindsay & Dina) were “negligent, careless and reckless” with the vehicle, causing him personal injury and economic loss.

He is asking the court for a sum of money “which exceeds the jurisdictional limits of all lower courts which would otherwise have jurisdiction.”

No specific amount was given in the court papers filed on Thursday.

Lohan has claimed that the photog faked being hit by her, just as she claims her new coke pics are fake too.

When will this girl learn to keep out of trouble? I guess she stays sane by keeping the ‘all publicity is good publicity’ mentality.
