Cam is inspiration for any girl whose being dumped by JT - i.e. Britney - the gym is your friend.  These are some more pictures of what has become the obligatory shot of Cameron leaving the gym yesterday.  Cameron spent her Friday 13th with the man responsible for whipping her into shape, Teddy Bass.  Teddy has also trained Parasite Hilton, Lucy Liu and Cameron’s friend Christina Appelgate.  The Charlie’s Angel does her daily work outs at The Gym On Nemo, one of the best private gyms in LA. 

Owner/personal trainer Fidele DeSantis whipped the boutique-sized space into the most killer facility, complete every possible gym accessory, including pilates and stretching rooms and a boxing area. The trainers combine ballet, balance work, strengthening, and cardio. It’s low key and hard-core. Training costs $80 per hour.
