Out of sight, out of mind does not apply to La Lohan.  Even when she’s in Japan, Lohan Watch is still on.  Lilo’s still hanging out with her supposed dykalicous lover DJ Charlotte Ronson, still knows how to work a camera til it cracks and by the looks of it is still a fan of narcotics.
