US Weekly are reporting that Canada’s golden acting couple are in the midst of planning ’some secret nuptials’:

A source close to McAdams tells Us Weekly, “They’re madly in love and plan on getting married this year.” But the couple “want to avoid the press. So they agreed to get engaged and married on the same day - and won’t allow their families to talk about it.”

In the April issue of Elle, Rachel opened up about her 2 year relationship with Ryan whom she met on the set of The Notebook:

“He never does the same thing twice. He’s very brave. I don’t think he sees the point unless he can find out what he’s made of every time.  He just doesn’t back off. He goes into everything from that place.”

While at a press junket for his latest film Fracture starring Anthony, Ryan spoke about his respect for Rachel:

“She’s the most discerning person I’ve ever met. She’ll read a script 100 times. She’s relentless.” And on Rachel’s Elle cover, “Oh … yeah …She looks stunning! Absolutely – yeah!”

Their rep is denying the story but if there is truth in the reports she would. You know worldwide, teenage girls and single women over 30 are hoping this story is true.  Ok so am I, these 2 are pretty much adorable.
