Has Britney had a little nip/tuck in order to help her on the road back to pop superstardom?  The Sun report today that Brit has had some trouble shifting the pregnancy weight she gained after Sean Preston and Jayden James and went to Las Vegas for lipsouction:

The Advanced Lipo Dissolve centre specialises in a non evasive treatment of a series of injections which claim to permanently dissolve fat.  It sounds painful and Britney looked a bit tender as her minder helped her on with her jacket.

If this is true than this could be Brit’s 2nd liposuction procedure since giving birth to Jayden James.  It was rumoured that the the rehab loving Britney underwent lipo straight after having her youngest baby although she reportedly wasn’t happy with the Tara Reidesque results:
