Fergie at the Whilimenia 40th Anniversary party.  I’m not so sure when the G-L-A-M-O-R-O-U-S started dressing as 1920 English maids but I still can’t help but heart Stacey Ferguson even though if I stare at her face too long I get dizzy.  Also I blame those neon nails on Lindsay Lohan.
