TMZ captured this picture of Kelly Osbourne on a LA beach wearing perhaps the most unattractive jumper I’ve ever seen and one of young hollywood’s key trends of the moment, fugalicous white framed sunglasses.  I love me some Kelly, but this broke ass wig she’s been sporting all around LA has got to stop.  She did not recently shave her head as a result of a drug fueled psychological breakdown so she has literally no excuse for this look.

I hate to say it but Kelly is in danger of morphing into The Gossip’s lead singer Beth Ditto.  Still it’s better than her developing an addiciton to horse tranquilisers to turn herself into size zero so I still heart Ozzy’s daughter.  TMZ also reveal that Kelly is set to star in Malice in Sunderland, a British take on Alice in Wonderland set in the North East of Wonderland alongside, former OCer Misha Barton
