TMZ are reporting that Howard K Stern has been in talks with lawyer Lin Wood (who represented the parents of Jon Benet Ramsey) to hire the pitbull lawyer to sue media outlets who have accused Howard of being involved in Anna Nicole’s death including other offences:
TMZ contacted Ron Rale, Anna Nicole’s lawyer, a named executor in her will and Stern’s friend, who said, “I will confirm that retention of Lin Wood is an imminent possibility.” Rale added, “Certain members of the media might want to think about mitigating damages.”In the Ramsey case, Wood filed numerous defamation claims against media outlets, including Time, Court TV, FOX News and others, for pointing a guilty finger at his clients.

In more disturbing news, Splash News has published this picture of what they swear is a 100% legitimate photo of Anna Nicole’s son Daniel Smith’s corpse lying in his coffin which if it’s true is pretty sick but stays true to the whole perverse nature of the Anna Nicole Smith story:

i was not a big an of anna nicole, but this is sick and disgusting. i have children and i have family and i know i would hate to see pictures of them after they are deceased put somewhere for everyone to see.

B, are you completely naiive? When you die they put heavy “tanned” makeup on you if you are at the funeral in an open casket. The purpose for this is so you don’t actually look dead and distress the family. My grandfather looked nothing like what I remembered at his funeral… but you know they do plenty of tweaks and even put a layer of wax over you.
