Fresh out of rehab, Britney’s 2nd public appearance saw her visiting a hair salon. Obviously rehab didn’t improve her sense of style but she looks happy so I’m not complaining, although I am seriously anti the white sunglasses trend that’s breaking out all over Hollywood.

In the bottom picture you can clearly see her new lips tattoo on her wrist that she got the night of her shaved head breakdown.
