Mischa Barton and her crazy eyes made an appearance at the Chocolate Ball in aid of children’s cancer charity CILC Sargent at London’s Dorchester Hotel last night. Guests were told to eat as much chocolate as they possibly could but looking at Mischa’s eyes she was more interested in other substances:
