Naomi Campell finished up her 5 day community service mopping floors at the NYC Department of Sanitation by walking out in full length couture gown, giving credence to the rumours that Steven Klein has been photographing Naomi for a shoot.    Naomi wrote on her blog on Tuesday, “I don’t want to give too much away about the shoot and will leave it as a surprise.”
