Life at the TomKat mansion for Katie Holmes doesn’t seem to be a whole lot of fun. She doesn’t seem to get much of a say in anything she does her job included.
Katie (or Kate as Tom likes to call her) gave up her role in the new Batman movie for Mad Money also starring Diane Keaton and Queen Latifah.. It starts shooting next month and The NY Post is reporting that according to an insider, “Tom has called producers and told them he will be on set every day”
The Post also says: Katie’s agent, Hylda Queally [at CAA], chose this role for her because it is a female buddy movie. There is no love interest and she wouldn’t be kissing anyone or have a sex scene.”
The question remains why did Katie give up her role in the Batman sequel for a script that is alleged to be ‘atrocious’ according to those who’ve seen it?
Holmes gave up her role in the upcoming “Batman” sequel, and some in Hollywood said it was because of the romantic scenes she would have had with Christian Bale.
Cruise was said to be upset over her sex scene in last year’s “Thank You for Smoking” – which was mysteriously missing during several festival screenings.
On top of that all the TomKats, including Tom’s mother and one of his sister are rumoured to be moving into a compound in Beverley Hills. Tom’s sister already home schools Tom and Nicole’s adopted kids Connor and Isabella and this compound has room for a classroom.
