In Anna Nicole Smith news, TMZ is reporting that Howard K Stern is willing to submit to a paternity test but on the condition that he retains, “ongoing control of Anna’s estate and, once the estate is probated, continued involvement by becoming trustee for Dannielynn.”

Either way, Anna Nicole’s body is still being held at the morgue. Although Judge Seidlin’s ruling resulted in the decision that Anna Nicole is to be buried in the Bahamas alongside son Daniel, the Florida Appeals court ruling yesterday means her body won’t be going anywhere until her Mother, Virgie Arthur’s challenge is heard

Virgie is the most horrible person I can imagine to leave her daughter in a morgue for this long. It is beyond reason. Naturally Anna would want to be buried next to her son- she had, after all, purchased a plot next to him. This woman treated her badly in life and now in death.. I can only assume she is planning on selling tickets to the grave site in Texas.

The baby should be taken care of by whomever Anna wanted to be her father regardless of paternity. If she named Howard it was for a good reason. She obviously didn’t want Larry to take Dannielynn. What a mess!

How about giving Dannielyn the truth and letting her make her own decisions in life regarding her parents. Annie Nicole Smith was trying to control her daughter even before her birth. I could just hear Dannielyn saying “Let me decide, Mommie Dearest.”

I think that Anna was a wonderful person inside and out and so what if she did do any drugs who the hell in this messed up world dont do them?A nd now days i dont blame the women.She had to deal with a lot of pain in her life and that was her way of dealing with it all.So everyone should lay off of her.Let her rest in peace with her loving son and be happy.For she is not dead,she will live on and on.We all make mistakes in our life and we all do very dumb things but why should any one hold that againts us?Life is more then who we are and more then we can handle. May Anna rest in peace and she will forever live on for all the wonderful thigs she has done in life.May she live in in her little girls heart forever we love you anna and always will….
