Anna Nicole’s Mother, Virgie Arthur unhappy with Judge Seidlin’s decision on Thursday made a last-ditch effort to appear asking the court to stop Anna Nicole’s remains being sent to the Bahamas. However Judge Seidlin took no action on her appeal and the Medical Examiner said he was “not waiting for anything”.
Meanwhile Larry Birkhead’s lawyer, Debra Opri asked a Florida judge to order DNA testing of baby Dannielynn. Judge Korda told Birkhead’s lawyer that he is not sure if American courts have jurisdiction in the issue and thinks the paternity battle will have to take place in Bahamian courts.
Opri in a press conference stated:
“We are going to the Bahamas tomorrow. We want to get our DNA, and then we want to get everything resolved with Howard K. Stern - and I’m sure he wants to get everything resolved with Larry Birkhead. I want Dannielynn to come home to America because she is a U.S. citizen.”
The New York Daily News report that under Bahamian law a man who lives with the child’s mother for a period before the child’s birth as Stern did, has paternal rights that could outweigh the rights of the biological father.

first SHE NADE A CHOICE to have a baby with this man (if he is the father, which he’s trying to prove) I think he should be allowed to do that what kind of a presidece are we setting if we just are allowed to pick who the father of our children will be. It’s bad enough we have parnts that dont want to be parents but here we have a case where a parent wants to be a parent and he’s denied the right not to parent but simply to find out if he is the actual parent how much sense does this make? None if you ask me. He can take care of her if he is her father and really I think its a tragedy when we refuse to allow someone their right to know if a child is theres and not allow a baby to know who her parents really are. It would be really good if who ever her father might be if he allowed her to just live a normal life away from the spot light but do we really have the right to as in this case there is a good idea or concensus that Larry is the father and that Howard Stern is not don’t we owe it to her to allow her the right to be raised by her real father. If every guy that had a rap sheet was not allowed to be a father the world would be alot less populated.

I think that Howard Stern if not killed Anna and Daniel, sure helped it. I think leaving the baby in his hands will only end up killing her too. I think that Birkhead is the father and even if Anna were still alive, Birkhead would still have rights to his daughter as many men do. I really think that Dannielynn has Birkheads eyes and that he really does love her and wants whats best for his daughter. I believe she needs all the love and support right now and to be established in a home where she will be getting that. I think Birkhead is the best father for her right now.

Stern is a creep. He is holding a child hostage for the love of money. If he was the father he would have wanted to prove that a long time ago and stop all this nonsense. He took advantage of Anna Nicole and her drug addiction. He’s a crooked attorney who obviously did his homework on how he can become Dannielynn’s “father”, and obtain all that money, hense going to the Bahama’s. If he was doing this all for the love of Anna Nicole and Dannielynn then why didn’t he stay in the U.S. No U.S. court would have denied him “his daughter” or Anna Nicole’s last wishes. Come on now, who’s he kidding. Anna Nicole wasn’t smart enough to think of this plot by herself? She was probably so drugged that she just agreed with everything.
Stern’s even living in someone’s house and the owner doesn’t want there. Now the owner of the house has to go through the process of eviction because he doesn’t have sense enough to move out. If Stern can come up with a plot like this, then he obviously knows when he’s not wanted. He just doesn’t care. If can get a free house in the Bahamas, then why not try it. Doesn’t he have any pride and dignity? Of course not.
It’s all just plain disgusting. What kind of a person does that? What kind of a “man” would keep a baby from her father? A creep!!! I can puke just thinking about him. What kind of a life would that baby have with Stern? He’s a “golddigger” and obviously cares nothing for her. He’s trying to play his last card. With the DNA test results soon to emerge, he can’t play that card anymore so he has to play another. Now his story is, “Oh the baby is bonding with me.” Of course, that just proves he’s been reading more of the Bahamian laws. He must have plenty of excuse left.
To think there are people in this world that would sell a child for money. He’s just a despicable thing. He’s not man nor is he human.
I can’t wait until Larry Birkhead gets his daughter back. We’ll hear about Stern sleeping on the beach in the Bahama’s because he no longer has a place to live and he’s all alone. Stern you’re on national TV showing your true colors. No woman in her right mind would want to be bother with a thing like you, that would negotiate a lump sum for your hostage child. PIG!!!

i personally believe that stern is the father , and for all you women who believe that he is the creep in all of this then what the crap is larry? for starters if stern was money hungry then why did he say that he stilll wanted to care for his daughter without the money? dahhh, 2nd stern has hhis own money, i think that all of you women who are making false accusations about all of these accusation before the final truth even comes in is way out of line, also its a shame that ppl are paying more attention to these men they they are about whats in the very best interest of dannilyn, anna nicole did make a very clear convincing statement before she passed on that she did not want her mother not to have nothing to do with her daughter, to me that should also be taken into consideration when the D.N.A becomes finalized, when ever abuse has occured and the mother has clearly made that statement then that should be carried over her the mothers will and wishes regardless of who the father is,Dannilyn should be where her family is and thats the bahamas thats were her mom and brother is and to deprieve her of that i think is morally wrong , we all have the legal right to agree and to disagree, i am sure that i will more then likely have alot of you out there disagreeing with me and on the contrary i dont give a rats ass,, if you dont like the truth then maybe you should turn the other check,,as far as the reason for stern staying put were he is i cant say for sure but i am guessing its only temporiarly til after the paternity is proven and as far as why its taken so long well stern did try and work it out but if u remember correctly it was larry that said no to stern, also keep in mind that all charges on stern were dropped and there were no foul play charges being charged against him in anything, stern isnt be charged for the death of anna or danny so back off his dam ass!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In my opinion Mr. Burkehead should have the birth certificate taken care of asap. In every picture of him with his daughter is so loving. She knows that he is her daddy…..They are connected, bonded and loved straight through the heart. Larry deserves what ever can pop up that will help him and his daughter. Just his smile gets a warm smile from everyone in the US and around the world.
