So Britney is holed up in Santa Monica Mountains after being pretty much forced into returning to Promises Rehab facility, and it seems not a moment too soon. These pictures taken Wednesday night show a deranged Britney without the Stepford Wives’ smile, and blonde wig she’d been sporting erupting into a furious rage at a paparazzi. She attacks his car with an umbrella while her mother sat frightened in a waiting car. It seems Britney lost the plot completely and went into meltdown after Kevin refused to let a clearly disturbed Britney into see their children. After witnessing this shocking scene, her mother, Lynne Spears took Britney in and convinced her she had to go back to Promises.

Hopefully this will be the last we’ll see of the crazy side of  Britney and she gets the help she needs to deal with her demons
