The on-going trial revolving around where Anna Nicole Smith will be buried which keeps throwing up new revelations every half hour will end Friday morning. Judge Seidlin (who revealed yesterday he used to be a taxi driver) set the deadline on the advice of the Chief Medical Examiner who warned that Anna’s body is decomposing fast. Judge Seidline said,  “I got a gun to my head”.

Larry Birkhead and Anna’s mother Virgie Arthur are all now claiming that Anna intended that to be buried beside her idol, Marilyn Monroe. Even Howard Stern admitted that was her plan but she changed her intentions after son Daniel died and settled on a Bahamian site.

• Howard And Anna’s Mother Use Anna For Her Money Even After Her Death

Judge Seidlin seemed to act a little more appropriately yesterday in relation to Howard Stern. Whenever Stern told him to ‘hold on’ of waffled on, the Judge said, “Don’t tell me to hold on…Don’t think I’m buying the Brooklyn Bridge here”.  Howard also admitted yesterday that the tables had turned.

Anna who previously had a sugar daddy in the form of 89 years old J Howard Marshall became a sugar mommy to the snivelling and sly Stern.  Under oath, Stern admitted the former Playmate paid for everything from his rent to his shoes. “I was with Anna. My income was with her”.  So whose funding Howard now? – his parent. He stated his parents had wired him, “a substantial amount, because we’re expecting a substantial fight here”.
He also admitted that as Anna’s lawyer in the litigation over her right to J Howard Marshall’s fortune, he stood to gain 5% of any money – so he has potential to walk away with $5 million. Judge Seidlin told Stern, “It’s a little Florida lottery”

It seems Anna is more profitable to her mother, Virgie Arthur dead than alive. She was in court yesterday after being allowed to see Anna’s body at the morgue. Being an entrepreneurial spirit she brought along a reporter for gossip blog Splash News along to her trip to the morgue.  She described the reporter as a ‘close family friend’ but couldn’t even answer where he lived. Virgie denied she had received any cash from Splash News but evaded questions about whether she had signed any contracts with them.“I didn’t make any money. … The only one who made money off my daughter was him [Howard Stern]”

• Anna’s Mental Health:  Howard’s Version and Larry’s Version:  Judge Seidlin Impressed With Larry’s 

The big topic yesterday was on Anna’s mental health when she signed her 2001 will. The Judge said her mental capacity at the time, “[is] absolutely an issue”. Stern was pushed by Judge Seidlin for details on Ann’s much documented drug use”.  Howard tried to evade the line of questioning, “Your honour, is this really necessary” but when pressed revealed, “I couldn’t be sure of every medication she placed in her body”.  He claims she took prescription meds for her depression and that he didn’t think the meds affected her decision making capacities.  When Judge Seidlin asked about Anna’s obvious slurring of her words in many different video tapes, all Howard could muster was “That’s how Anna Nicole talked”.  On the reports that Anna was taking methadone during her pregnancy prescribed to her by Doctor Kapoor, Stern admitted she had a prescription but claimed that he hadn’t seen her take the drug, in his presence over the last 5 months. He dodged the question that Anna was an addict in need of access to rehab facilities, “That would be a matter of interpretation”

Larry Birkhead however gave a completely different version of events. He claims that when doctors tried to wean a heavily pregnant Anna off the drugs, Stern sneaked a bag of bills into the hospital for her. He also paints a disturbing picture of an addicted Anna, She was, “on suicide watch and ripping her IV’s out” while in hospital in April. Judge Seidlin said he was ‘impressed’ with Larry’s testimony saying he put ‘a lot of meat’ on the bones of the story. TMZ report that pointedly he didn’t make the same remarks after Howard left.

•  The Fax That Implies That Howard Tried To Change Anna’s Will To His Benefit

Additionally as VIPglamour reported to you yesterday, TMZ’s discovery of the fax cover sheet played an important part in the court case yesterday. When asked about it Stern said the fax date must have been an error, Anna’s mother’s lawer implied that it was proof that Stern was out to change the will.  Judge Seidlin has yet to resolve this issue.

 Yesterday’s proceedings proved to be just as revelatory.  Again Howard Stern seems to be at the centre of all this, Larry Birkhead’s version of events again seem to be the more credible and Judge Seidlin seems to be in agreement.  While a mandatory paternity test hasn’t been ordered yet is incredible, seeing as when Howard is shown not to be the father he’ll have no say in where she’s buried.
