Anna Nicole Smith’s lawyer claimed at yesterday’s court hearing over her remains that morbidly the former playmate had picked out a dress for her own burial.
Anna’s estranged mother who hadn’t seen her in 12 years, wants to bury her in Texas where she was born and raised.
Howard K. Stern, lawyer, boyfriend, possible baby daddy no. 1 wants her buried in the Bahamas alongside her son Daniel.
Larry Birkhead, ex boyfriend, possible baby daddy no. 2 wasn’t DNA sample preserved from her for the paternity suit has no real opinion where Anna’s to be buried.
The judge said he wants to show respect to the corpse of Anna,
“”Beauty was important to her. She wants to look beautiful and we want to make sure that occurs.”
The judge said the main focus was to be on baby Dannielynn. Zsa Zsa Gabor’s husband, ‘Prince’ Frederic, possible baby daddy no. 3 has filed legal documents in Califonria seeking a DNA test to determine if he is in fact the daddy.
Possible baby daddy no. 4 is Howard J Marshall (Anna’s dead millionaire husband). Anna’s sister claims that Anna took sperm from him to impregnate herself.
Possible baby daddy no. 5 is her bodyguard, who claims he had a relationship with Anna but has yet to file the necessary legal documents to claim paternity.
And now there’s possible baby daddy no.6. Mark “Hollywood” Hatten who was convicted of making terrorist threats against Anna claims he is the father of little Dannielynn. He claims that he gave Anna a sperm sample when they were going out. He has formally made a request to compare his DNA with Dannielynn’s.
Since none of these people showed face until Anna died except for Stern’s (whose name is on the birthcert but the chances of him being the father are slim to none) and Birkhead’s, VIPglamour’s money is on Larry Birkhead to eventually be revealed as the real baby daddy.
A guardian is being appointed to care for Dannielynn until the case is eventually resolved.

THIS IS WHAT SHOULD HAPPEN………anna nicole SHOULD BE BURIED IN THE BAHAMAS NEXT TO HER SON DANIEL …HOW DARE ANYONE TO QUESTIONED THAT????how can any mother including her MOMA question that………..her so called moma SHOULD GO HOME…….Howard should take ANNA nicole to be buried IN THE BAHAMAS….and catch a plane with your daughter (do u need to wait to see a DNA?) I my self think that anna’s mom should back off and let that women be with her son what is wrong with you. oh thats right you want money well her daughter gets it. howard take your daughter and go she needs to be with you. let the women rest in peace. anna is where she’s at because of all of you that wouldn’t let her live life in peace. good luck howard.

Yikes. When Dannielynne grows up and say Larry is the father, will he and Dannielynn have to fly to the Bahamas to visit her mother and brother? Dont think thats fair to them either if Larry is the father. I think they should bury her where she insisted (marilyns cemetary) when she was sane, not her requests when Daniel died. Daniel should eventually be exhumed and flown to California after Moms funeral and burial in Cali. near Marilyn. Her estate now hows the finances to exhume and rebury danny . Later on though. Wow thats how I feel. Completely different.

There’s no way of knowing, short of DNA, who the father is. Smith probably slept with just about any guy who showed an interest in her, both before and after her marriage to Smith.

i think its shocking that anna should beburied with her son ,why wont people leave themalone ,everyone knew how much she loved daniel.her mom who was so cruel to her should have nothing to dowith her,now she wants every thing it all to do with the money,as for larry and howard i hope they can do right by this child ,forget about this money and concentrate on bringing that baby up,and tell her how much her mom loved her. i think because both of them love anna both of themshould share in her live.and tell vergie to fly to hell.

She underwent a big tragedy - the death of son. I pitty her. But she feeled responsibility for a new life - Danielynn, this had to make her stronger. It is a pazzle. What was the real reason which coused her death? The only in what I am sure of is that Howard Stern sincerely loved Anna and was devoted to all family. It is written on his face. He lost Anna , he lost the love of his life, he lost Daniel, for whom he was like a father. He loves little Danielynn and he can loose her too. If he is the legal father of the child, but not the biological one, what does the existing law say? Anna wanted him to be the father because she knew him for a long time and trusted him with hers and her child’s life. Will Anna’s wish be respected? I wish, it would. He raised Danielynn for 6 month, she knows only him and loves him. Why to take her away from him if he and Anna both wanted him to be the father? What is going on now is so unfare to Howard!
