• The ongoing paternity battle for Anna Nicole Smith’s daughter Dannielynn Hope just gets weirder and weirder. VIPglamour would need a separate blog just to keep you updated on every movement but here’s the latest.

Usmagazine is reporting that Anna’s estranged mother Virgie Arthur filed an official complaint at a Bahamas police station yesterday claiming she’s worried for the 5 month old’s safety.

Her spokeswoman states, “She will do whatever she can to get the child away from [Howard K Stern]”

There is currently an injunction to prevent Dannielynn from the leaving the Bahamas.

• Larry Birkhead who is also claiming to be the baby daddy disclosed what he claims his powerful proof to back up his case.

If we go back to April 15, 2006, sources say Anna who was pregnant with Dannielynn at the time got into a fight with Howard over the fact that Larry was the daddy and gave Anna an ultimatum, him or me. A distressed Anna called Lary and asked him to meet up in the parking lott of Sprotsmen Lodge in California which was near her house. Larry racing to meet here was issued a speeding ticked by a Burbank policeman. He told the cop:

“I got a call from my pregnant wife, she’s sick”

• However Larry is facing some new competition, Anna’s bodyguard [who Gatecrasher revealed she was sleeping with] is now claiming HE’S the daddy. Speaking to Extra he said:“She told me everything. She told me things no one else knows. I think it was an instant spark, and I think for her it was the same. She was wonderful. A very sensitive and emotional woman. A very good kisser, I must say. She was sick of being called names. Everyone was bashing on her and calling her names and putting her down and suing her. She always told me she wanted to have her kids with me. There’s always a possibility. Poor Anna. I hope she’s in peace wherever she is.”
