However that’s not where it ends as The New York Daily News discloses exclusively a manuscript written by her half-sister Donna Hogan.  Donna explosively alleges that Anna froze the sperm of deceased husband 90 year old J Howard Marshall and used it to become pregnant.  The book, “TrainWreck” states:

“I wouldn’t be shocked at all if it’s J. Howard’s. She saved his sperm after all and that maybe [sic] her trump card in her fight to get the old man’s estate.  To her family, she hinted that she had used the old man’s frozen sperm, and would be giving birth to Howard Marshall’s child,”Donna Hogan could not be reached for comment yesterday.Donna’s book also claims to reveal what the relationship between Howard and Anna was like.  She writes that Anna was working at a Houston strip club where she used the name Vikki when she met “Old Man Howard”. “For several weeks, she played hard to get, before agreeing to grant him special favours outside the club”

Donna Hogan could not be reached for comment yesterday.Donna’s book also claims to reveal what the relationship between Howard and Anna was like.  She writes that Anna was working at a Houston strip club where she used the name Vikki when she met “Old Man Howard”.Anna ,26 eventually married the Howard, 89 in 1994.  Donna claims that once she as married, she got what she wanted and treated Howard with disdain.  “She refused to allow him to lie next to her, stating that he would urinate in bed,”.  She went on a spending spree with his fortune, jewellery, houses, cars all while cheating on him, “with household servants, girlfriends and married men.”  At the end Donna declares that Howard had had enough of her, that Anna hadn’t even visited him for the last month and refused her phone call the night before he died.

So what will become of Howard’s fortune. TMZ say their legal sources claim that Dannielynn could be the heiress of up to $477 million, if Anna posthumously wins her court battle. However it depends whether the case is tried in California, Texas or even the Bahamas.

Then, last May, the U.S. Supreme Court sent the case back to Federal appeals court.
