The tragic and sudden death of former Playmate Anna Nicole Smith has taken everyone in Hollywood by surprise. While details surrounding her untimely demise are unclear at this point what is known is the following:
- Anna checked in with her lawyer, boyfriend and supposed father of her child Howard K Stern on Monday at the Seminole Hard Rock & Casino.
- Her daughter Dannielynn who is only 5 months old was in the Bahamas with one of Anna’s close friends.
- Anna was discovered unconscious in her room on Thursday afternoon, her bodyguard tried to revive her but had to wait until paramedics came to perform CPR and inset a tube for her breathing.
- However by the time she arrived at the emergency room she was already dead.
- The former Guess Jean’s model’s autopsy will be performed Friday.
HOWARD K STERN:
Her death has only caused more questions to be asked. Most specifically surrounding the shady character of Howard K Stern. Although he claims to be the father of Anna’s baby girl, this has been disputed by Anna’s former boyfriend Larry Birkhead who was in the midst of litigation proceedings with Anna at the time of her death. Upon hearing the news, Birkhead’s attorney stated she wished to take a DNA swab from Anna’s dead body to confirm paternity, which Anna’s lawyer has called, “the lowest form of behaviour I’ve ever heard of”.
Anna’s estranger family including her mother were concerned that since the also tragic and suspicious death of her son Daniel that Howard would be the one to inherit Anna’s fortune.
Some claim that Daniel’s death was even due to the fact that Stern gave him the Methadone prescription he subsequently overdosed on.
Also Howard is rumoured to have kept Anna drugged up, while he sold pictures of ‘their’ new baby to tabloid magazines and sold an interview with Anna to ET for $1 million dollars. Recent pictures of Anna had shown her to bloated and yo-yoing in her weight and when speaking had appeared incoherent to put it mildly.
RECENT EVENTS IN ANNA’S LIFE:
The death of her son Daniel (who was only 20), whom she referred to as her best friend also deeply effected Anna. In that ET interview Anna said of his death,
“I don’t understand why God took him and didn’t take me”
Furthermore, along with the paternity dispute litigation, just this week, Anna and the makers of TrimSpa were sued in a class-action lawsuit alleging their marketing of a weight-loss pill were false or misleading.
ET’s Mark Steines, who had interview Anna in October said she seemed different then usual when he met her:
“She seemed calmer, sadder, a bit broken, yet she looked quite beautiful’
Was it suicide, murder an accident?? Whatever the cause, it is certain that Anna made an impact on everyone she met in her life and tributes from Hugh Hefner to Larry King arr rolling in for the beautiful yet tragic figure

Howard K. Stern obviously killed Daniel and Anna Nicole , Dah! He got him out of the way , married her so he could inherit anything she had and could keep her drugged up and then eventually kill her , or maybe that was an oops that could be his undoing. He totally controlled that situation and was a lawyer so he knew what she was worth how to control everything she did and made , not to mention selling pics to magazines. This guy is a snake and needs to be on the hot seat for all this.

Doesnt anyone see the REAL picture here I think HER SON WAS THE FATHER OF THAT BABY I KNOW IT SOUNDS SICK THE INCEST THING BUT NO -ONE WANTS TO GIVE UP A DNA TEST & THE BABY DOES LOOK LIKE THE SON. IF ALL THREE MEN THAT NOW CLAIM TO BE THE FATHER IF THEY HAVE NO MATCH IF THEY DO DO DNA THEN IT WILL BE OBVIOUS THAT IT COULD BE HER SON’S. Well, I am personally saddened to hear about the loss of Anna Nicole Smith, however I honestly believe that the loss of her son had a lot to do with the situation. I personally am not a mother yet, however I could never imagine loosing one of my own children. I’m sure the occurences of her son Daniel’s death contributed greatly to the situation at hand itself. However I do agree that her “husband” has been acting strangely lately. If there are any suspects I would consider him first. He took a while to return a phone call she had made earlier that same day? It seems like he should have returned it as soon as it was recieved.

Everyone seems to want to blame everyone else. The real problem to all these grieving people out there over Anna Nicole Smith’s death, is that they are missing the real picture. Anna Nicole Smith, used her beauty to get what she had, but underneath Anna Nicole Smith was a really sweet, kind, gentle person that didn’t know how to say no to anyone. She claimed her mother beat her, she hated her mother, maybe that is all true. But, Anna Nicole will be talked about for years to come, everyone wanting what she had. Money they may get, baby they may take care of, but what they won’t get, that Anna Nicole took with her, was that fact that she was truely a real person, that acted dumb, if called for, was smart, if called for, what ever it took to be where she was, was who she was at the time. But, Anna loved whoever loved her back, and what she took with her was the person that no one really had.

I think it’s a damn shame that they will not let this beautiful woman rest in peace. She may have bought that plot in the Bahamas but but it was probably so that someone else couldn’tbe buried next to her son. It doesn’t necessarily mean that it was for her. As for Howard Stern, he’s a gold digger!…I truly believe that he had something to do with Daniel’s death and he kept Anna Nicole so out of it that she didn’t know where she was most of the time. They need to lock him up and throw away the key. My thought, Larry Birkhead is the father of the child and I think it is so selfish of that SOB Stern to not even Anna’s mother hold her only grandchild after losing the one she raised for 10 years!. I think the baby should sole custody should be given to Virgie, the mother and Larry Birkhead had every right to the child because without a doubt, he loved Anna and not for what she had, but for the beautiful person she was. RIP Anna…It will all work out babygirl!!!

I think Daniel is the father.Once he was laughed at being a virgin in front of his mother Anna and Anna replied that she will teach her son the art of carnal love.It is pathetic to know that the son enters his birth channel and procreats with his mother.

If her son would’ve not died first okay I would’ve stated she o.d but come on. He has schooling he’s a lawyer so he know how to get away with it. he planned a master plan the boy dies first and then anna was so sad and deppressed she od, come on she still had another child a baby girl she had to live for. Howard killed both to me that’s what I think but then again I don’t get paid for thinking. Why wouldn’t he take the test for the D.N.A he knows that isn’t his daughter.
