Miss USA Tara Conner will appear on The Today Show for her interview with host Matt Lauer. The interview will air tomorrow morning on The Today Show and will be the first one since Conner checked out of rehab.
“I have done cocaine.” She admits, “I’ve tried several different things. But when I learned to get things off my chest, the better I feel about myself. It helps me because it’s not healthy for my recovery to sit here and hold things back.”
When you see her tomorrow on Today, Miss USA seemed to tone down her image significantly. She looks more like a Miss America from the early 1980’s – a squeaky-clean, blond, beauty queen.

Hi, I wanted to send this e-mail to Miss USA. I seen your interview on the Today show this morning in Christiansburg VA. I think you are a great role model for any young woman or girl. What you have went thru is a great step into your new life. I myself am a recovering drug user and when I seen your interveiw,I was very moved,it gave me more hope that my daughter will see other people as she has seen her mother and WILL NOT GO DOWN THAT ROAD,BUT IF SHE DOES THERE IS HOPE!!!! My prayers are with you and please don’t give into the media they will BREAK YOU IF THEY CAN!!!!! I know this for a fact.
