Looks like Nicole Ritchie might be praying for Christmas miracle after new documents reveal that she pled no contest four years ago to a DUI. This means if found guilty for her most recent incident where she drove the wrong way down a freeway while on Vicodin and marijuana the judge must impose a jail sentence. The law states that anyone twice-convicted of a DUI must spend 5 consecutive days in county jail as well as a one year license suspension. Ritchie would also be ordered to attend an alcohol education programme for a year and a half.
