Young Hollywood just can’t seem to keep out of trouble lately, Lindsay’s attending AA, rumours of Britney‘s drug use and now TMZ is reporting that Nicole Ritchie was arrested this morning at 4:50 AM for a DUI.  Sources claim she currently out on a $15,000 bail. Apparently two motorists notice that Nicole’s SUV was going the wrong way on a freeway in Burbank, California and called 911. Police responding to the call found Nicole on her own in the car stopped in the carpool late. She admitted to them that she had taken Vicodin and smoked pot. Preliminary alcohol screening revealed that Nicole was not under the influence of alcohol.

The Simple Life Star has admitted previously to using marijuana, cocaine and heroin. She has been arrested 3 times prior to this incident and has been involved in 5 car accidents. In an interview in Vanity Fair last year Ritchie stated,

“I’m now, at 24, just learning to deal with my problems instead of concealing them with drugs”

Also a cause for concern is the information contained in her booking report which reveals that she is 5”1 and 85lbs which makes her current Body Max Index at 16.5. To put this in context a normal BMI is between 18.5 and 24.9. Most physicians would classify her as dangerously underweight. 

As yet Nicole’s reps could not be reached for comment.
