Madge has agreed through her lawyer Alan Chinula to be monitored by several human rights groups while she goes through the full adoption process for the latest addition to her family.

High Court Justice Andrew Nyirenda ruled Wednesday that the Human Rights Consultative Committee and the state-run Malawi Human Rights Commission could join the adoption process as friends of the court and pursue their application for a full judicial review of the interim custody order he granted to Madonna and her British filmmaker husband Guy Ritchie.

Those who have objected to the adoption claim that corners were cut and the star didnt go throught the full process because of who she was.

Yohane Banda, the biological Father of the child at the centre of the controversial adoption has this week said he hopes the high profile of this case leads to improvements in Malawi adoption legislation.
