Hollywood heartthrob Ben Affleck wants to direct. And he’ll do anything to make it happen - and that includes wearing Speedos.

According to reports, the  actor - and how nice to genuinely be able to call him that - wants to switch to working behind the camera. He’d like producers to give him more opportunities which is why he’s now issuing lycra-blended threats.

Affleck has directed the forthcoming film Gone, Baby, Gone. If you like it, give him more work. Otherwise, get ready for Affleck as The Hoff.

‘I hope that people like the movie enough that they would hire me to direct another movie,’ he told Hot Dog magazine.

‘If not, it’s strapping on those Speedos, getting on a surfboard and doing the film adaptation of Baywatch.’

Gone, Baby, Gone is Affleck’s second time in the director’s chair. He previously made a short film in 1993 called - and no, we’re not making this up - I Killed My Lesbian Wife, Hung Her On A Meathook And Now I Have A Three Picture Deal At Disney.
