British bookmakers William Hill have slashed the price of  boy band Take That having the Christmas number One Album from 16/1 to 9/4 second favourite as the comeback kings storm to the top of both the singles and Album charts.

They have also been backed for the Christmas number one single and they are presently the 10/1 second favourites.

“The reaction to the Take That comeback Album has been little short of phenomenal and they could be the first group to win both the Christmas single and Album this centaury,” said William Hill’s spokesman Rupert Adams.

Christmas Number 1 Album: 2 Oasis, 9/4 Take That, 7/2 Beatles, 9/2 Westlife, 9 U2, 14 Scissor Sisters, 20 Cliff Richard & Friends, 25 Il Divo.
