Married for just two years, and a marriage that went downhill from the start seems to be finally coming to an end. Britney who has just had her second son two months ago has filed for divorce. Britney broke the news to the media just a day after her appearance on the David letterman show (see video) and she seems in a good mood. Previous media reports on the stability of their marriage were dismissed by the couple, who even made some public attempts to show their happiness in public.

The legal documents filed, state that Britney wants legal custody of their two children, while allowing her husband visitation rights. Britney had a famous 3 day marriage previously to her best friend in Las Vegas.

I guess the fight for the money is on!
