Us Weekly has reason to celebrate today, as Britney Spears liable suit against them has been dismissed by Judge Lisa Hart Cole as there was no basis that her claim, that the magazine article about her was defamatory. Britney and her husband Kevin Federline had sought 10 million USD in damages. It is reported that Britney also feared that "an X-rated tape starring the two may go public."

I wonder if there is a production company out there that celebrities go to when they feel they are not getting enough publicity, and they produce these kinds of videos for them. HA!
