Now, however, a Judge has said this ruling was incorrect. J. Howard Marshall’s son had a lovely sentiment for his step mom:

“(I’ll) continue to fight to clear my name in California federal court. That is a promise that (Smith) and her lawyers can take to the bank.”

Don’t you love happy families, reminds me of the Waltons show, happy times, happy times.
